Section 15
Director's Term
(1) The term of office of the director shall be four years at most as mentioned in the regulations and he may be reappointed and nominated. However, the independent director may be appointed for one term only. (2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), after the commencement of this Act The appointed executive chairman or managing director can only stay for two consecutive terms.
